UVA has lots of resources available to help you explore your interests, priorities, and strengths, and to help you connect these to a career path. There are experienced staff available to help you at every stage, whether you’re not sure what you want to do after graduation, are wondering what kinds of careers connect with your major, or need help preparing for an interview. The UVA Career Center serves all UVA students. Some schools and departments have career services offices that specialize in supporting students enrolled in their programs.

Services
The UVA Career Center offers a wide range of services including advising appointments, drop-in advising, resume review, interview prep, career fairs, and more. They also offer specialized advising for students interested in law school or medical/dental school.

Locations
The UVA Career Center’s main office is at Bryant Hall, which is located on the side of Scott Stadium (see view below). Most pre-scheduled appointments take place at the main office or virtually on Zoom.
The Career Center also holds drop-in advising hours with professional staff in the Georges Student Center on the second floor of Clemons Library and with Career Peer Educators at 1515 on the Corner (a few doors down from Starbucks).
