One Week Grid Schedule
This is an editable spreadsheet. It’s one week, broken out into 15-minute segments. It’s useful as a planning tool for scheduling your time. It should print on one page, if you prefer paper.
Tip #1: Use a pencil, literally and figuratively. Don’t try to plan an iron-clad week with every minute dedicated to some specific task. Use it as a guide and to help yourself have a realistic idea of what you will have time to accomplish in a given week.
Tip #2: If your time management is really out of whack, you can use it to track how you actually use your time for a week and then make adjustments for the weeks that follow.
